Turtleball privacy policy
Effective Date: April 17, 2026
We collect only the bare minimum needed to keep the game running and to make improvements to the game.
There is some advertising to help pay the bills and allow us to keep bringing updates to the game.
1. Who we are
Turtleball is developed and published by Fried Rice Studios. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you play Turtleball on any supported mobile platform. By downloading or playing the game you agree to the practices described here.
2. Information We Collect
We collect a very limited set of data, through two channels only:
Basic analytics data — information about how the game is used, such as session length, levels played, and crash reports. This data is aggregated and used solely to improve the game experience. It does not include your name, email address, or any information that directly identifies you as an individual.
Advertising data (via Unity Ads) — when you see an ad in Turtleball, Unity Technologies (the Unity Ads platform) may collect certain device identifiers and usage signals in order to serve and measure advertisements. This is governed by Unity's own privacy policy (see Section 4 below).
✔ We do NOT collect your name, email, phone number, location, contacts, photos, or any other personal information.
3. How We Use This Information
The analytics data we receive is used exclusively to:
Understand how players interact with the game so we can improve it
Identify and fix bugs or crashes
Measure overall game performance
We do not use any data to build profiles about you, sell your information to third parties, or target you with personalised marketing from Fried Rice Studios.
4. Third-Party Services
Turtleball uses the following third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy and data practices, which we encourage you to review:
Unity Ads (Unity Technologies) — used to display advertisements in the game. Unity may collect advertising identifiers (such as IDFA on iOS or GAID on Android) and other technical data to serve ads and measure their effectiveness.

Other than Unity Ads, we do not share any information with any other third party.
5. Your Ad Choices
You can limit interest-based advertising at any time through your device settings:
iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track"
Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads → opt out of Ads Personalisation
Please note that opting out does not remove ads from the game; it means the ads you see will be less tailored to your interests.
6. Data Retention
Because we do not collect personal information, there is no personal data for us to retain or delete on your behalf. Aggregated, anonymised analytics data may be retained indefinitely for product improvement purposes. For data held by Unity Ads, please refer to Unity's privacy policy.
7. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the limited information associated with gameplay. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. Since we do not collect sensitive personal data, the risk to you is minimal.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of Turtleball after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
